My wife and I returned home yesterday after another enjoyable stay at your hotel. It was our 3rd visit. This time it was a Golden Holiday visit although I don't feel as old as over 55. The room was clean comfortable and spacious. The meals were excellent and perhaps most importantly all of the staff made us feel welcome. The dining room staff and receptionists were pleasant and friendly local people and it was obvious that it was more than a job to them as they were able to have a friendly conversation and made you feel that you were a welcome guest than just a number in a book. I feel that the local Donegal element is very important at the visitor interface.
I will recommend your hotel to others and hope to visit again.

Hi There,
I felt it necessary to email you to congratulate you on the wonderful service you offer at your hotel. During our three night stay (The cycling Team of last week), nothing was deemed too much trouble, and infact, staff went way and beyond what would be considered normal hotel hospitality.
Even Rose, who I believe to be the owner, took the cyclists clothing home to wash!! - not a pleasant task by any means!
Very often, staff are not told when things go right and the guys really appreciated all that was done for them, so on behalf of the team I thank you immensely.
On a personal note, My husband, child and I plan to revisit Donegal over the summer, and will most definitely be making a booking with yourselves.
